Senior Accountant
Position Overview:
ATF Professional Services is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant with significant experience in preparing and reviewing individual and small business tax returns. The successful candidate will supervise a small team, interact with clients directly, and play a key role in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns, focusing on flow-through entities.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 staff, providing performance feedback and guidance.
- Communicate with clients to build trust and confidence in our services.
- Ensure compliance with sales and payroll tax filing requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience preparing and reviewing tax returns.
- CPA designation preferred, but non-CPA candidates will also be considered (eligible for CPA licensure requirements).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and tax preparation software.
Experience in payroll and sales tax filing. - Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Hebrew) are a plus.
- A proactive, client-focused, and friendly attitude.
Start Date, Hours & Compensation:
- Immediate start date available.
Initially for tax season, with potential for full-time placement. - Competitive compensation based on experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Tax Workflow Manager to oversee and optimize tax operations at ATF Professional Services. This role focuses on managing workflow efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of tax services, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the completion and billing of individual and small business tax returns.
- Implement and improve workflow processes to enhance productivity.
- Manage a team of 2–3 staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain excellent client relationships, including managing accounts receivable.
